The pump was snapped upon arrival. Not the manufacturer fault. It’s Amazon’s. The way they ship it in a bubble envelope. Lost a small amount of product. Put the product in the beard wash containers I’d bought in the past. I really like the wash.

This is the best shampoo out there. Their conditioner is perfect also. But they ship it in a small thin bag and the bottles have a squirt top which means your going to get a few inadvertent squirts in the bag. Messy. I think most of these bottles have a lock that you have to twist the top to undo. But these are already to squirt when you get them, thus the mess in the bag.Best stuff out there in any case. No other product is as good. Even if they don’t know I how to ship them properly.
